- What do candidates experience?
- A plain link — no app, no login. They see up front what the interview is, how long it takes, and who reads it, then talk (or type) with a friendly AI interviewer at a time they choose. They can request a human interview instead at any point, and that choice is never held against them.
- Does the AI reject candidates?
- No — there is no code path for it. Reports present evidence; a named person on your team makes every advance/reject/hold decision, and each one is audit-logged.
- How long until my first report?
